Tiles Will Be Shrink Wrapped On A Pallet And Delivered To The Ground Level Edge Of Your Property (KerbSide)
If You Have Any Doubts Regarding The Condition Of The Delivery, Please Ensure To Sign For The Goods “UN-CHECKED”.
You MUST Advise us If There Are Any Parking Or Time Restrictions At The Delivery Point.
Upon the delivery, if you notice any damage please notify driver or office with photo evidence
Returns
We Hope That You Will Be Pleased With The Tiles That You Have ordered. If You Wish To Return Any Goods To Us, It Must Be Returned To Us In A Re-Saleable Condition, In Its Full Original Packaging. The Customer Will Be Responsible For Organising The Return Of The Goods To Our Distribution Warehouse Return Centre Within 30 Days Of The Delivery Date. The Refund Will Be Processed Within 3-5 Working Days Following Our Receipt Of The Items.
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
All sale items are final purchases.
There Will Be A Restocking Charge Of 25% Of The Goods Returned.
If The Goods Are Not In A Re-Saleable Condition When They Arrive Back With Us, We Reserve The Right To Amend The Amount Of The Refund Based On The Value Of Re-Saleable Goods.
